SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Standard shipping is by way of UPS or Fedex. We only use USPS for PO BOXES. No exceptions.  We are not responsible for delays from the carrier once they leave our facility. Please read below for additional information as well as product specific shipping times.

 

QUICK SHIPPING: For expedited or overnight shipping options, please contact customer service directly.

 

FREE SHIPPING:  If FREE SHIPPING option is selected, please note that your order may take anywhere from 7-14 business days before shipping occurs. Orders with FREE SHIPPING options are not eligible for expedited or quick shipping options. If you need your items sooner than the time listed above, please select Ground Shipping.

 

Clergy Shirts  are custom made after order and  can take anywhere from 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS to be cut, processed, & shipped from the time of purchase. If you wish to receive these sooner, please contact a Divinity Representative immediately. Expedited fees may apply.

Most other products (Vestments, Clergy Robes, Clergy Jackets, Chimeres, Rochets, Surplices, Stoles, Rabats, etc) take can anywhere from 1-5 business days to ship from time of purchase.

Any order containing multiple products can take anywhere from 1-7 business days to ship.

Vestments: All vestments orders are shipped with an complimentary upgraded signature confirmation for added protection.

**All Shipments Requiring Signature Confirmation Must Be Coordinated With A Divinity Representative Before The Order Ships As There Is A $5.00 Charge For Signature Confirmation.  Any Shipment With Order Comments That Are Not Confirmed With A Divinity Representative Are The Customers Responsiblilty**

Return Policy

Effective February 17, 2017 ALL SALES ARE FINAL BOTH ON THE WEBSITE OR IN PERSON - THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. YOU MAY EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. THANK YOU

IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM OR ITEMS THAT YOU DO NOT WISH TO KEEP, YOU MAY RETURN THE ITEMS FOLLOWING THE INFORMATION BELOW FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY - SORRY NO CASH/CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.

IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE, A STORE CREDIT FOR THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT OF THE RETURNED ITEM WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND A NEW ORDER MUST BE PROCESSED. SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER BOTH WAYS.

ALL MERCHANDISE NEEDS TO BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL FORM - INCLUDING TAGS AND HANGERS. IF HANGERS ARE NOT RETURNED, THERE WILL BE A $5.00 CHARGE APPLIED PER HANGER. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Clergy Shirts  Returns

All Clergy Shirts are custom made after order and can take up to 7-14 business days to ship. If you wish to return Clergy Shirts, there is a 30% re-stocking fee and then the remaining balance will available as store credit only. Sorry no exceptions.

Clergy Robe/Jacket Returns

Any new or regularly priced Clergy Robes or Clergy Jackets/Suits are returnable within (7) days  after receiving them for there full amount as store credit only. After (7) days, there is a 20% restocking fee and the remaining balance will be available as STORE CREDIT ONLY.  After (30) days, suits may not be returned. Sorry no exceptions

All Sale Robes/Jackets/Clearance Robes/Jackets/Closeout Robes/Jackets are NOT returnable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Sorry, no exceptions. 

 

Suit Returns

 

www.DivinityClergyWear.com strives to offer the best prices on a variety of Men's and Ladies Suits. We do not carry any suit in our warehouse, as all suits are shipped directly from the manufacturer. For returns, all suits are to follow the same guidelines that the manufacturer requires. All returns or exchanges are returnable with a 30% re-stocking fee for up to (7) days after the items are received. No exceptions.

CANCELLED ORDER

IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL AN ORDER, YOU HAVE 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF THE PURCHASE TO NOTIFY A DIVINITY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR BY PHONE AT 877-453-3535 FOR A FULL REFUND. AFTER 24 HOURS ALL SALES BECOME FINAL THIS INCLUDES LAYAWAYS/DEPOSITS.  THERE IS A 30% RE-STOCKING FEE ON CANCELLATIONS AFTER 24 HOURS.

SOLD OUT MERCHANDISE

If you placed an order and we are sold out of item(s) we will either contact you via phone/email to alert you of the issue and if we have a suitable replacement or a timeline of when that item will be back in stock. It you choose to accept the replacement or wait for the item, all standard return/refund policies remain in effect, unless noted in writing by management. If you do not wish for the replacement, a refund will be issued for that item only. If we do not have a replacement item available, we will automatically refund the item that is sold out.
