As we have a commitment to the satisfaction of our customers, we will gladly exchange all un-worn, un-altered, & non-sale* goods that are returned complete with all pieces including collar tabs and bands, cufflinks, tie sets, hangers and/or buttons according to the return policy and procedures listed below.
To ensure your return is received properly, all returns must be approved by a Divinity Customer Service Representative prior to shipping and must have a clear, visible R.A. number printed on the box. All packages without this information will be refused.
Return Authorizations (R.A.) must be authorized within 7 days of receiving your shipment and all returns must be received by our shipping department within 14 days after the package was received - NO EXCEPTIONS. If it received after 14 days, the order will be either refused or held until return shipping is paid for by the customer.
Effective February 17, 2017 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no monetary refunds. Only store credit or exchange. This applies to all website or in person purchases.
IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM OR ITEMS THAT YOU DO NOT WISH TO KEEP, YOU MAY RETURN THEM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE MERCHANDISE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY - SORRY NO CASH/CREDIT CARD REFUNDS. IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE, A STORE CREDIT FOR THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT OF THE RETURNED ITEM WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND A NEW ORDER MUST BE PROCESSED. SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER BOTH WAYS.
