Orders

All changes to orders must be approved by a Divinity Customer Service Rep. Order comments are non-binding and Divinity is not responsible for order comment changes to existing orders without a customer service rep's authorization

Washing & Care

All clothing products manufactured by Divinity are pre-washed and tested for color hold. We are not reponsible for damages to garments caused by washing or dry cleaning errors/

Shipping

All Shipments Are Subject To The Policies Of The Freight Carrier Handling That Specific Shipment. Please Read The Terms & Conditions Carefully As They Are Not Subject To Change...Even Due To Adverse Weather Conditions Or Shipping Interuptions. Any Problems In Regard To Orders Left At Locations Is Between The Shipping Carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx) & The Receiver/Customer. Any Customs Fees Incurred From International Orders Is The Responsibilty Of The Customer

**All Shipments Requiring Signature Confirmation Must Be Coordinated With A Divinity Representative Before The Order Ships As There Is A $5.00 Charge For Signature Confirmation. Any Shipment With Order Comments That Are Not Confirmed With A Divinity Representative Are The Customers Responsiblilty**

Clergy Shirts and other custom made products can take anywhere from 7-14 business days to be cut, processed, & shipped from time of purchase.

Most other products take can anywhere from 1-3 business days to ship from time of purchase.

RETURNS

As we have a commitment to the satisfaction of our customers, we will gladly exchange all un-worn, un-altered, & non-sale* goods in full.

To ensure your return is received properly, all returns must be approved by a Divinity Customer Service Representative prior to shipping and must have a clear, visible R.A. number printed on the box. All packages without this information will be refused.

Return Authorizations (R.A.) must be authorized within 7 days of receiving your shipment and all returns must be received by our shipping department within 30 days after purchase.

Return Policy

Effective February 17, 2017 ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM OR ITEMS THAT YOU DO NOT WISH TO KEEP, YOU MAY RETURN THEM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE MERCHANDISE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY - SORRY NO CASH/CREDIT CARD REFUNDS. IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE, A STORE CREDIT FOR THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT OF THE RETURNED ITEM WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND A NEW ORDER MUST BE PROCESSED. SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER BOTH WAYS.

Cancelled Order

IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL AN ORDER, YOU HAVE 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF THE PURCHASE TO NOTIFY A DIVINITY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR BY PHONE AT 877-453-3535. AFTER 24 HOURS ALL SALES BECOME FINAL.
